SOUND HEALING
with Tibetan singing bowls.
Each singing bowl has its own unique tone, frequency and vibration. Different bowls can create different sensations.
My singing bowls and gong travelled back with me from Nepal, where I trained in Professional Singing Bowl Therapy, Sound Healing and Meditation.
I am using singing bowls tuned to specific notes and frequencies (Hz), traditionally associated with the seven chakras. Root 256 Hz - grounding, stability, Sacral 288 Hz - creativity, emotions, Solar Plexus 320 Hz - power, transformation, Heart 341 Hz - love, compassion, Throat 384 Hz - communication, expression, Third Eye 426 Hz - intuition, awareness, Crown 480 Hz - spirituality, connection, 174.61 Hz - resonates deeply through the chest, supporting the release of long-held emotional patterns and physical tension, 128.4 Hz / 130.8 Hz - resonates deeply through the body, creating powerful physical vibrations. It is traditionally associated with grounding, stability and a sense of safety, helping to release deep physical tension and fear. In my sound healing sessions, I also work with gong, tingsha and other complementary instruments
Why cooper bowls? Tibetan bowls offer a richer spectrum of harmonics and more physical vibration than crystals
When used with intention and skill, sound and vibration can support deep relaxation, grounding, nervous system regulation, body awareness and emotional pain release, and may help ease tension and the perception of physical or somatic discomfort..

YOGA
Movement with purpose
I completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal, combining traditional yogic practices with Ayurveda and a holistic understanding of the body and mind.
My goal is to continue developing my practice towards therapeutic yoga — using mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation to help calm the nervous system, release physical tension and support the body in managing back pain, stress and the demands of an active lifestyle. My sessions are designed to create more space in the body, more awareness in movement and a greater sense of balance from within.
My main practices include:
Release Stress — gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation to release physical and mental tension and support nervous system regulation.
Back & Spine — mindful movement focused on mobility, strength and releasing tension in the back, shoulders and spine.
Yoga for Active Bodies — a balanced practice for people who surf, kite, climb, run or simply lead an active lifestyle, combining mobility, gentle strengthening and recovery.
PRANAYAMA
The power of breath.
Pranayama is the conscious practice of breathing — using different techniques to influence the body, mind and nervous system.
I combine pranayama with yoga, mindful movement and relaxation to create greater awareness of the breath, release tension and support a calmer, more balanced state.
AYURVEDA
Understanding your nature.
Ayurveda — from Ayur, meaning life, and Veda, meaning knowledge — is an ancient approach to understanding our individual nature and finding greater balance through the rhythms of life and nature.
I completed 100 hours of Ayurveda training in Nepal and continue to deepen my knowledge. I offer Ayurveda-inspired workshops, practical tips and simple lifestyle practices to help bring more awareness and balance into everyday life.
